This policy explains when you can cancel and how refunds work. It works together with our <a href=\"?pagename=terms-and-conditions\">Terms &amp; Conditions<\/a> and <a href=\"?pagename=shipping-policy\">Shipping Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Gunsmithing service requests<\/h2>\n<p>Submitting a request is free. You are only charged after we approve your request and you pay through the payment link we send.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Before your firearm ships to us:<\/strong> cancel any time for a full refund. If we already sent you a shipping label and it has been used, the $50 label fee is not refundable. The $50 return shipping fee is refunded.<\/li>\n<li><strong>After your firearm arrives, before work begins:<\/strong> you get a full refund of the service price. The $50 return shipping fee covers sending the firearm back to you.<\/li>\n<li><strong>After work has begun:<\/strong> labor already performed and parts already installed or special-ordered for your job are not refundable. Anything not yet used is refunded.<\/li>\n<li><strong>If we can\u2019t do the work<\/strong> (for example, the firearm isn\u2019t compatible, or the work isn\u2019t legal where you live): we refund the service price for the work we can\u2019t do and return your firearm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Our workmanship guarantee<\/h2>\n<p>Every job is backed by our lifetime workmanship guarantee: if your firearm doesn\u2019t perform as it should because of our work, contact us and we\u2019ll cover the shipping, labor and parts to make it right. The guarantee does not cover misuse, neglect, later modifications, normal wear, or customer-supplied parts. See the Warranties section of our Terms for details.<\/p>\n<h2>Parts, accessories and merchandise<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Return new, unused items in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.<\/li>\n<li>Return shipping is paid by you unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived defective.<\/li>\n<li>Not returnable: parts that have been installed, fired or altered; ammunition; and items marked final sale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Firearms<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Firearm sales are final once the firearm has been transferred to you at your FFL.<\/li>\n<li>If a firearm arrives damaged or not as described, contact us before completing the transfer and we\u2019ll arrange a return, replacement or refund.<\/li>\n<li>If your transfer is denied or you can\u2019t legally receive the firearm, we accept it back from your FFL and refund the purchase price minus shipping costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How refunds are paid<\/h2>\n<p>Refunds go back to the original payment method.
