It works together with our <a href=\"?pagename=terms-and-conditions\">Terms &amp; Conditions<\/a> and <a href=\"?pagename=refund-policy\">Refund Policy<\/a>. Deus Vult Armory is operated by NGM Enterprises Inc. dba Deus Vult Defense, a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) in Calhoun, Louisiana. We ship within the United States only.<\/p>\n<h2>Please don\u2019t ship anything before you\u2019ve paid<\/h2>\n<p>For online service requests, the order is always the same:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>You submit your request. We review it, usually within one business day.<\/li>\n<li>If we approve it, we email you a payment link.<\/li>\n<li>Once your payment is confirmed, we email you shipping instructions (and your shipping label, if you ordered one).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Do not ship your firearm until your payment is confirmed and you have our shipping instructions.<\/strong> Firearms that arrive unannounced may be refused or held until the work order and payment are complete.<\/p>\n<h2>Sending us your firearm for service<\/h2>\n<p>Federal law allows you to send a firearm directly to a licensed gunsmith for repair or modification, and allows us to return it directly to you.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Rifles and shotguns<\/strong> may be shipped to us by USPS. You must declare the contents to the postal clerk.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Handguns<\/strong> cannot be mailed by non-licensees through USPS, and UPS and FedEx do not accept firearms from non-licensed individuals. Handguns must come to us through a licensed FFL dealer or an FFL-partnered shipping service. We\u2019ll help you arrange the right method.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ship through your FFL:<\/strong> if you choose this option, your local FFL ships the firearm to us after your payment is confirmed. Any fee your FFL charges is between you and them.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shipping label ($50):<\/strong> if you choose this option, we email you a prepaid shipping label and packing instructions after your payment is confirmed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Local drop-off:<\/strong> bring your firearm to our shop in Calhoun, LA and pick it up when the work is done, Monday\u2013Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. No shipping charges. We email drop-off details once your payment is confirmed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Packing rules<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The firearm must be unloaded. Never include ammunition.<\/li>\n<li>No markings on the outside of the box that show it contains a firearm (federal law).<\/li>\n<li>Include a copy of your ID, your request or work order reference, and your return address inside the box.<\/li>\n<li>Email us the tracking number once it ships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Unless you bought our shipping label, inbound shipping is your responsibility and we are not liable for loss or damage in transit to us.<\/p>\n<h3>Getting your firearm back<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Return shipping is a flat $50<\/strong> on every service order, however your firearm gets to us, unless you choose local drop-off and pickup. It\u2019s added to your quote or at checkout.<\/p>\n<p>When the work is done, we ship your firearm back to the person who sent it, at the address on your order, as ATF rules allow. An adult signature is required at delivery, and we will not ship to an address where a signature can\u2019t be obtained. Where your state or local law requires a firearm to go through a local dealer, we ship it to your FFL instead.<\/p>\n<h2>Firearms we sell<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Firearms are shipped <strong>only to a licensed FFL dealer<\/strong>, never to a home address.<\/li>\n<li>Before we ship, we need your FFL dealer\u2019s information and a copy of their license on file.<\/li>\n<li>You pick up the firearm at your FFL, complete ATF Form 4473 and pass the required background check. Your FFL may charge a transfer fee.<\/li>\n<li>Buyers must be at least 18 for long guns and 21 for handguns, and legally allowed to own the firearm where they live.<\/li>\n<li>The name on the payment card must match the person the firearm is transferred to.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Parts, accessories and merchandise<\/h2>\n<p>Non-firearm items ship to your address by common carrier. To help prevent fraud, the shipping address should match the card\u2019s billing address; we may verify or cancel orders that don\u2019t match. We email tracking when your order ships.<\/p>\n<h2>State and local restrictions<\/h2>\n<p>Some items are restricted or banned in certain states and cities. We do not ship, install or perform work where it would break federal, state or local law, and we may cancel and refund any order that would.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Forced reset triggers (FRTs):<\/strong> we do not sell, install or ship FRTs, or firearms with FRTs installed, to customers in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Washington or the District of Columbia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Magazines, \u201cassault weapon\u201d features and other regulated items<\/strong> are not shipped to states or cities where they are restricted.<\/li>\n<li><strong>NFA items<\/strong> (suppressors, short-barreled rifles and shotguns, and others) are only accepted or shipped with prior approval and proof of lawful registration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live. If you\u2019re not sure whether something is legal for you, ask us before you order.<\/p>\n<h2>Lost or damaged shipments<\/h2>\n<p>If a package from us arrives damaged, keep the box and packing material and contact us within 48 hours.
