This policy explains what information Deus Vult Armory (NGM Enterprises Inc. dba Deus Vult Defense, “we” or “us”) collects when you use our website, request service or buy from us, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact details: name, email, phone number and address.
- Firearm details: make, model and serial number of firearms you send us or buy from us, and a description of the work you want.
- Order details: what you requested or bought, prices, and shipping choices.
- Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment processor through Authorize.net. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Compliance records: as a federally licensed firearms dealer, we are required by law to keep certain records, such as our acquisition and disposition records and ATF Form 4473 for firearm transfers.
- Website data: cookies that keep your cart and checkout working, plus basic technical information (browser type, pages visited) that helps us keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To review and respond to your requests, do the work, and ship your firearm or order.
- To send you emails about your request or order: confirmations, approvals, payment links, shipping instructions and tracking.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To meet our legal obligations as an FFL.
We don’t send marketing email unless you ask to receive it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed with:
- our payment processor and gateway, to take payment;
- shipping carriers and, for firearm transfers, your chosen FFL dealer.
How long we keep it
We keep order and service records for as long as we need them for the work, our warranty, taxes and accounting. Records required by federal firearms law are kept for as long as that law requires.
Security
Our site uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and access to customer records is limited to our staff.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we aren’t legally required to keep. Email Gunsmithing@deusvultarmory.com.
Children
Our services and products are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
