The downfall of most AR-15s is the carbine gas system. Harsh recoil, brass flying forward, a bolt that slams, and malfunctions once you add a suppressor or an FRT all point to the same thing: too much gas, too fast.
We rebuild your system around an intermediate buffer system (BCM Mk2 or SOLGW A5) and test-fire it with the ammo you actually run, for the right bolt speed, softer recoil and less wear.
