Most budget and mid-tier rifles are assembled wrong, and it shows up as bad accuracy, gas leaks, loose muzzle devices and failures to feed. We build it the way armorers are taught, backed by thousands of builds:
- Barrel nut and muzzle device torqued to spec
- Gas block alignment checked with a borescope
- Headspace gauged; gas key inspected
- Buffer tube and barrel-to-upper alignment; castle nut staked
- Anti-seize on alloy-to-steel threads and correct greasing
- Full function checklist — plus witness marks at no charge
Send us your parts (or a partly built rifle) and we’ll put it together right. Parts aren’t included; we’ll tell you up front if anything you sent is out of spec.
