General Gunsmithing

  • Repair Work$80/hr
  • Part Installation & Tuning$40–250
  • Cleaning$60–120
  • Troubleshooting$60/half hr
  • Part Removal & Reassembly$40–150

We've never stepped away from our roots — fixing friends' and family's firearms. We handle any repair, from troubleshooting and parts replacement to polishing, tuning, installation, or reassembling a complicated firearm you can't get back together. Something out of the ordinary? Email us and we'll tell you what we can do.

Cleaning

Full strip-downs using ultrasonic cleaners, borescope inspection of barrel fouling, and the correct solvents — for competitive shooters, hunters prepping for opening day, or anyone who needs it to run when it matters.

Part Removal

Stuck shotgun chokes, pinned muzzle devices, the wrong-sized punch hammered in — we have the tools and experience most don't, so you don't permanently damage the firearm.

AR Platform

  • Professional Rifle Assembly$250
  • Gas Reworks Package$250–275
  • Adjustable Gas Reworks$475–500
  • Barrel Bedding$50
  • Front Sight Block Delete$60–100

AR-15s are our bread and butter, and we've never built one that wasn't reliable, consistent, and long-lasting. We double-check everything: gas key inspections, bore-scoped gas block alignment, proper torque, buffer-tube and barrel-to-upper alignment, castle nut staking, anti-seize on alloy-to-metal threads, head-space gauging, upper receiver bedding, and optional witness marks.

Professional Rifle Assembly

Most budget and mid-tier rifles are assembled wrong. We know the right way — from armorers' courses and thousands of builds. Includes proper torque specs, borescope-checked gas block alignment, head-space gauging, correct greasing and staking, and a full function checklist.

Gas Reworks

The downfall of most AR-15s is the carbine gas system. We build around the intermediate buffer system (BCM Mk2 or SOLGW A5) and test-fire with the suppressor and ammo you actually run, for optimal bolt speed and minimal recoil. The adjustable version adds a Riflespeed block tuned suppressed and unsuppressed.

Sights & Optics

  • Mounting & Leveling Scopes$100
  • Mounting Rifle Red Dots$30
  • Handgun Optics / Iron Sights$30–40
  • Optic Screw Extraction$75
  • Live Fire Zeroing$30+

Proper mounting dictates performance across everything from subcompact handguns to precision gas guns. We mount to manufacturer torque specs with the correct Loctite and meticulous leveling. Bore sighting is included on all optic installations, and witness marks are available at no charge.

Optic Screw Extraction

Sheared an optic screw? We've extracted them for years. The slide isn't always salvageable if improper methods were already used, but our success rate is hard to beat — and damaged threads can sometimes be rebored for larger screws.

Live Fire Zeroing

We have a range out to 300 yards. Rifle zeros from 25 to 100 yards, handgun zeros from 7 to 20 — pricing varies with ammo cost.

Super Safety / FRT

  • AS Designs Arc Fire V2$325
  • Atrius Forced Reset Selector$275–300
  • AR15 / AR9 / AR10 Super Safetyfrom $200
  • TX22 FRT$100

FRTs are notorious for needing fitting and gas tuning — tolerance stacking is real. We've tested, trained with, and tuned almost every FRT on the market. Instead of spending hundreds on parts you end up not needing, we tune it right and you only pay for the parts your rifle actually requires.

What's included

Fitting, tuning, function checks, and test firing on every FRT install. Optional upgrade to a Geissele SSA trigger.

Bolt bounce

Most rifles produce bolt bounce. When yours does, we tune the buffer system and charge only for the appropriate buffer weight and spring needed for reliable function.

Glock Services

  • Gen 5 Trigger Performance Package$225
  • Hand Stippling$250

We've run more than 50,000 rounds on Gen 5 Glocks in the last three years and dialed in what we believe is the most reliable trigger job available. It maintains every factory drop safety while significantly improving your shooting — duty-appropriate ignition and pull weights.

Trigger Performance Package

40,000+ rounds downrange with zero malfunctions. A 3.5–4 lb pull, duty-grade ignition, clean break, fast tactile reset. Everyone who pulls ours wants theirs to feel the same.

Hand Stippling

All the way around the grip, a single undercut of the trigger guard, gas-pedal stippling, and under-trigger-guard texture. More aggressive and longer-lasting than laser stippling.

Re-bluing old shotguns, metalwork on dinged slides and receivers, rust removal — a broad category, so send photos for an accurate quote.
